Fees
Individual psychotherapy services charged at a rate of $225.00/50min session (NSRP standard). All services are billed at the end of each session.
Documentation is also billed at the standard hourly rate of $225.00/hr.
Please note: Rates differ when services are required for legal matters, such as letters or court appearances. This will be discussed at the time of request.
Private Health Insurance
Psychological services provided through private practice are not covered by provincial health insurance (MSI). However, many extended health benefit plans and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) offer coverage for services provided by a Registered Psychological. Coverage varies between plans, including the amount covered, annual limits, and etc. We recommend that you check with your insurance provider before your first appointment to confirm your coverage. Unless otherwise specified by your insurance, a referral is not required.
Payment is made at the time of your appointment, and a detailed receipt will be provided for you to submit to your insurer. Any fees not covered by your insurance plan remain the responsibility of the client.
At this time, Mansfield Psychological Services is able to direct bill the following providers:

Other Funding Sources
This clinic also provides direct billing for the following programs:
NIHB: Psychological services may be covered through the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program for eligible clients, subject to program requirements and authorization.
Victim Services: Psychological treatment may be funded through Victim Services for eligible individuals, subject to program eligibility, approval, and applicable limits.
